Since 2002, I've dedicated my career to understanding what truly builds lasting value in real estate buying right, managing risk, and aligning with investors through transparency and shared success. I started as a broker and over time have been involved in ground-up developments for multifamily and self-storage, as well as deep value-add properties that carried real risk but delivered significant returns. I started small. Learned through mistakes. Refined through experience. We don't just structure deals Crowdvest invests in them personally.
